I was chatting with a bride and groom planning their wedding the other day and explaining that their wedding album would be hand made by my album manufacturer in Brisbane. “Hand made here? You’re kidding?” was their response.

These days with so much local manufacturing disappearing, I’m really proud that my manufacturer is based in Brisbane not far from my Gallery and Lounge in Coorparoo. I especially love that the albums I supply my clients have been carefully hand made by a team dedicated to delivering such a wonderful product.

These images capture take you behind the scenes at Photomounts and Albums to show you some of the processes used to make my clients wedding albums. I can’t share with you everything, some processes are top secret.

Tony & Gordana’s wedding album was inspired by the red and dark tones of their restaurant Ristorante Tartufo at Emporium. Emma and Dan’s beach wedding album was inspired by a sandy beach and included fabric from Emma’s wedding dress.

As you can see, production is very hands on with human involvement everywhere as our unique one off creations are put together.

A big congratulations to Michael, Ioanna and all the team at Photomounts and Albums, you guys rock and I’m proud to have you as my album manufacturer.
