The embargo on the photos from Alexandra and Andrew’s wedding in Roma Street Parklands and reception at Gambaros Petrie Terrace has been lifted. Now we can share! At least for now here is a sneak peak at a few images, more images to come soon I promise…

Their wedding was a relaxed, retro, rustic inspired outdoor wedding. Alex wanted a lot of different’ elements to their wedding and certainly didn’t want to make it cookie cutter traditional.

By her own admission, Alex is obsessed with colour, it just makes her happy! So bridesmaid dresses were all different dresses and colours, but in similar styles. Wedding flowers and styling decor had to be filled with colour.

Well their vision certainly came together. Everything looked fabulous. Alexandra and Andrew’s wedding is featured on Polka Dot Bride yesterday.

These guys are an amazing couple supported and loved by a band of loyal family and friends. On their wedding day they were surrounded by close family and friends, many of whom played an integral part in making things happen on the day.

Enough of the chat, I’m excited to share some photos. As you can see, lots of bright colour, fun and candid images.

It was a magic day. Andrew and the guys relaxed at Victoria Park driving range while Alex and the girls prepared at Oaks Aurora. Guests joined Andrew at the Palm Tree Court in the Roma Street Parklands before Alex arrived. Their ceremony was full of laughter and some tears. Afterwards, there were lots of excited hugs as everyone congratulated them.

Our photo shoot took in some of the Roma Street Parklands and the Brisbane Powerhouse before arriving at Gambaros at Petrie Terrace for their wedding reception. I’m getting ahead of myself, more on all this later!
