These days, families are spread all over the place, children grow up, leave home, sometimes move interstate or overseas to peruse their dreams.

Family get togethers become special events, especially when everyone returns home to come together for special birthdays and family events. What a perfect opportunity for a family portrait.

And so it was with Sheila and Gregor’s family. I had photographed them years ago and now is time to update. We chose the environs of the Brisbane Powerhouse for our location, there is so much scope for fabulous images there.
