What a difference a season makes! Autumn versus spring…
Here are some photos of the French cottage at Spicers Clovelly Estate, it’s where the groom and his party typically prepare for their wedding. I always like to capture an image showing where things are happening, it sets the scene.
You can feel the chill in the air in the first foggy photo of the French cottage at Spicers Clovelly Estate. This image was captured in early March this year, a bit too soon for autumn leaves to appear, just in time for a cool day up high in the range.
In the second image of the French cottage taken in mid September, you can feel the warmth of the spring sunshine. It’s a fabulous blue sky day, the leaves are loving the bright sunlight and beginning to sprout.
What’s your favourite season, autumn or spring?
And for those wondering what the view from the French cottage is like when the autumn leaves are falling, this image of Long Apron chef Cameron Matthews with local produce is for you!
