So here is {Part Two} of my Street Photography in Melbourne. I love visiting Melbourne in the winter; the architecture takes me back to a different Australia to the one I know now, the light is so different to my home town of Brisbane, it is fabulous to rug up and go for a walk feeling the chill on your cheeks.

Seeing deciduous trees contrast with old and new buildings is a visual feast. From the wide open spaces of the malls filled with buskers and adoring crowds to the little laneways like Hosier Lane decorated with street art, contrasts abound.

There is so much to gain for the professional photographers taking time out to travel and photograph things different to their normal every day work. You reconnect with your craft, see things differently and return to your “normal” work with a fresh perspective and new photographic techniques to explore.

Thank you Melbourne, it was a pleasure, see you next time!
